(colocar ao lume até ferver)<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />

Colocar a borboleta no copo, os ovos e o açucar, durante 4 Min, Vel 3 1/2 na temp. 37º.<br />
Retirar a borboleta e juntar a margarina, o leite e o côco, durante 1 Min na Vel 3.<br />
Juntar a farinha e o fermento durante 1 Min na Vel 3 e mais 1 Min na Vel Espiga.<br />
Levar ao forno, pré aquecido a 180º.<br />
<br />
Depois de arrefecer ligeiramente deitar a calda por cima.<br />
Aguardar um pouco e desenformar!! <br />

Juntar as sementes de papoila e o corante vermelho.<br />
Levar a forno pré-aquecido a 200º, baixando de seguida para 180º durante 15 minutos <br />

2 Limões<br />
60 grs de Manteiga<br />
2 Ovos<br />

<b>Preparação do Lemon Curd:</b><br />

Colocar no copo o açúcar e pulverizar 20 seg na vel 9.<br />
Juntar
as cascas de limão e ralar durante 15 seg na vel 9.<br />
Adicionar a
manteiga, o sumo dos limões e programar 1 min na ve l2.<br />
Juntar os ovos e
misturar 10 seg na vel 4.<br />
Programar 7 min, na temp 80º e na vel 2.<br />
Retirar e reservar em frascos esterilizados, no frigorífico.<br />

<b>Ingredientes do Iogurte:</b><br />
<br />
1 Litro de Leite <br />
1 Iogurte Natural<br />
3 Colheres (sopa) de leite em pó<br />
Casca de 1 limão<br />
250 grs de Lemon Curd<br />

<b>Preparação do Iogurte:</b><br />
<br />
No copo da Bimby colocar o leite, a casca de um limão e marcar 8 min na temp.90º e na vel colher inversa.<br />
Findo esse tempo deixar o
leite arrefecer até aos 50º, retirar a casca de limão, juntar o leite em
pó e misturar 20 seg. na vel.4.<br />
Por fim juntar o iogurte e misturar durante 20 seg na vel.4. <br />
Colocar por cima do lemon curd o líquido
nos copos e levar à iogurteira cerca de 10h.<br />
Depois desse tempo
colocar no frigorífico no mínimo 4h. <br />

De seguida, bater as gemas com o açúcar, até ficar um creme fofo; Juntar o Mascarpone e bater até ficar um creme homogéneo.<br />
Juntar o creme das claras ao creme do Mascarpone; Separar o creme em duas taças iguais.<br />
Numa das taças juntar um pouco de corante vermelho e mexer bem.<br />
Num pirex colocar os palitos embebidos no café, juntar uma parte de creme branco e uma parte de creme vermelho alternado. <br />
